Toughening furnace:The furnace body is 8.5m in height with the adoption of internationally well-known low-voltage apparatus.The high performance vector frequency converter performs stably at constant speed and multiple parameters can be saved in the temperature control&gathering module with the use of special quartz ceramic roller.It's energy-saving with the application of an automatic PID temperature control system to achieve glass oscillating tempering under strong wind.All of the finished products have passed the various industrial inspections.It's easy to operate.The adoption of the imported PLC programmable control system and the interactive touch terminal makes it possible to produce the glass craftwork in a high-arc shape,a flat shape or an odd shape.Also it can reduce the labor intensity of the operator.
