DESCRIPTION
1. Features:
Section 01: Input section
The glass will be transfered to section 2.
Section 02: Washing and drying section
The washing zone and water tank are made of stainless steel and corrosion-proof material, water heating function is available. And all bearing bases are made of stainless steel.
Section 03: Convery and light inspection section
This section with open design, if the glass is not clean enough, the worker can go through the back door to wipe the glass.
Section 04: The tilting table
This table can be tilted when we place the super spacer on glass.
The tilt table has suck and release function, the operator can place the super spacer very easy and safe.
Section 05: The georgian bars application
The lines on the board can help to place the decoration frame.
Section 06: panel press section
The panel press is controlled by Servo motor.Denser steel frame for a stronger machine body.
Each suction cup in the panel press equipped with one separate logic valve, and the suction cups work partitioned according to the size of the glass.
Section 07: Output section
The insulated glass will be transfered to next section for secondary sealant .
Section 08: Corner conveyor section
This design is based on buyer's plant layout, it can turn 90 degree to save space.
