2000mm 2500mm Vertical Glass Washing Machine for Insulating Glass Making
Function&Feature：
1.Section 01:glassloading section.
•With Low-E glass detection function.
•Suitable for all kinds of Low-E glass.
2.Section 02: Glass washing and drying section.
•The overall material is stainless steel,all bearing bases are stainless steel.
•Self-aligning brush bearings,with long service life and high accuracy.
•Total 3 pairs of brushes.The first pair of brushes are hard brushes with brush hair diameter 0.2mm,the other 2 pairs of brushes are soft brushes,with diameter 0.1mm.
•The first hard brushes will be opened automatically after the Low-E glass be detected.In this way,will not hurt the Low-E film but also can wash off the mildewproof powder for ordinary glass.
•3 sets of motors drive 3 sets of brushes,connected by coupling.Compare with other supplier’s belts connecting,coupling connection can avoid motor rotation without loading,and belts are wearing parts,need to be replaced frequently.
•3 motors are controlled separately by 3 groups of circuits,will not be influenced by each other.
3.Section 03:Glass outpuy section.
•section 03 is with lamps for glass checking and conveying.
