Main structure of equipment:
The continuous hot bending furnace is a combined structure of the whole frame, which is welded by section steel, with a total of 26 chambers, 13 chambers in the upper part and 13 chambers in the lower part. There are lifting and lowering mechanisms at both ends of the furnace body, and its operation form is continuous cyclic action. The top of continuous hot bending furnace with refractory rock wool and domestic and foreign joint venture insulation asbestos board insulation material, insulation effect is good. Under the furnace top is the heating element, from zone 0 is the waiting zone, zone 1-6 is the electric heating preheating zone, zone 7-9 is the electric heating preforming zone, and zone 10-12 is the electric heating forming zone. The glass after forming is driven by the rear lifting mechanism to the lower layer of the furnace for annealing and cooling, and a set of twice forming pushing mechanism is installed in zone 11 and 12, and the large spherical product is formed twice on the hot bending furnace by using the twice forming pushing mechanism (motor), so as to improve the optical and profile problems of the large spherical product.
