II. Main Features of Printer：
General Features:
1. Automatic operation of loading, initial positioning, precise positioning, printing and unloading, easy to operate and guarantee quality.
2. Printing parts adopt imported synchronous anti-slip belt drive smooth, low noise, design belt installation and adjustment fast and convenient, conducive to maintenance.
3. Double and repeated positioning, using two ways of multi-point positioning, to ensure accurate alignment of glass.
4. Printing adopts frequency conversion speed regulating motor, stepless speed regulating to ensure stable quality of printing products, uniform printing without waves.
5. Mesh plate lifting adopts SEW brand motor, moving up and down, high precision and good stability.
6. The control system adopts imported PLC which can write the control system and man-machine interface.
7. The machine is equipped with automatic alarm device and peripheral safety protection switch, and optional pneumatic mechanical safety protection device, to ensure safe production.

1.Positioning Unit:
Positioning by cylinder;
Glass conveying adopts variable frequency geared motor + encoder position setting;
The bracket lifting and positioning by single cylinder;
Control system adopts Japan Mitsubishi brand with high stability;
2.Printing Unit:
Screen frame lifting and lowering by worm gear;
The lateral movement of the printing blade is driven by a frequency conversion motor for smooth operation;
The steel plate surface of the printing platform is finely ground and hardened so that the glass will not be scratched;;
Printing with anti-drip ink function, suitable for special process printing;
With printing automatic off-screen function, printing pattern is clear;
3. Inspection Unit:
The lamp inspection station allows for timely quality checks of printed products;
Glass in and out using a motor that controls the frequency conversion speed, stable operation.
