DESCRIPTION
Equipment Functions:
1. Automatic glass suction.
2. Automatic positioning, fast and accurate, allowing for quick changeover of glass types.
3. Automatic cutting. Input G-code to quickly and automatically cut any shape of glass.
4. Automatic edge removal. No template required, enabling fast cutting and edge removal. Waste glass is automatically transferred to a waste glass slag pool.
5. Automatic edge grinding, with wastewater recycling. Automatically generates processing G-codes to accurately grind any glass shape according to CAD drawings. The grinding wheel height is set according to the glass thickness (within the processing range), automatic adjustment of the grinding wheel position, automatic compensation for wheel wear.
6. The mechanical arm quickly and accurately handles glass.
7. Quickly change glass types within half an hour.
8. The system can save glass graphics and corresponding processing parameters, allowing for recall as needed for processing in the future.
