II. Main Features of Dryer：
1.Dryer Entire Unit:
The equipment is designed with total length of 12000mm, total width in 2200mm, total height in 1500mm;
Its drive adopts frequency conversion motor with infinite speed regulation, speed 2-7 meters adjustable;
The glass conveying adopts Teflon mesh belt to ensure that the glass is not scratched;
The mesh belt is designed with automatic deflection correction system to improve the stability of equipment operation;
Automatic deflection correction adopts pneumatic control, photoelectric induction deflection protection machine mechanical limit protection
2.Drying Unit:
The drying section is designed in 4 sections.
The temperature is controlled by solid state relay + temperature controller in 4 segments with independent control system;
Each section is designed with eight 3KW infrared medium wave heating tubes for better drying effect;
Each section of the heating zone designed independent circulation fan and exhaust fan;
T+T1 intermittent waste discharge mode for each section waste discharge control;
Each section of heating design cylinder flip cover type flip up, convenient for equipment maintenance and furnace cleaning.
3. Cooling Unit:
The cooling section is designed with 2 sections.
Each section is designed with 6 sets of axial fans with high airflow, airflow 350CFM/ min.
