Equipment Introduction:
1. Washing & Drying Module Construction
The washing and drying sections are fully constructed from stainless steel, featuring high structural reinforcement to prevent deformation during operation.
2. Stainless Steel Gauge Details
- Top panel: 12mm-thick stainless steel
- Bottom base: 5mm-thick stainless steel
- Side panels: 2mm-thick stainless steel
3. Cleaning Performance
Equipped with 6 high-temperature resistant soft brushes (180mm diameter) and 4 high-pressure sprayers. Achieves thorough glass cleaning at a processing speed of 10–12 meters per minute.
4. Adjustable Spring System
Stainless steel springs enable 3–20mm thickness adjustment to accommodate various glass specifications.
5. Corrosion-Resistant Components
All water-contacting parts (including the washing machine axle) are made of stainless steel, copper, waterproof aluminum, or nylon. Ensures long-term rust resistance and easy maintenance.
6. Gear Transmission System
Utilizes a chain-driven mechanism for stable operation, preventing positional displacement even after prolonged use.
7. Drying Section Design
The drying frame is constructed from stainless steel to avoid secondary glass contamination. A recirculating air system further reduces operational noise.
8. Recirculating Hot Air System
Minimizes machine noise while maintaining efficient drying. In winter, the hot air temperature reaches 70–80℃ without additional heating.
9. Leakage Prevention
An upper-mounted driving system eliminates water leakage risks.
