Knowing About CNC Glass Processing Center!
The CNC Processing Center, which is a fully automatic special-shaped edge grinding machine, is designed for electronic glass, automotive glass, home appliance glass, furniture glass, and other products, enabling fully automated edge grinding and helping the glass processing industry achieve "Industry 4.0." It can automatically load and unload glass, integrating upstream and downstream processes with robots, cutting machines, water jet machines, drilling machines, and cleaning machines, achieving truly fully automated, unmanned production.
Grinders Magzine
It is equipped with grinder magazine,which has five grinders, enabling various functions including internal and external edge grinding, fine grinding and polishing, chamfering, drilling,notching,and special-shaped edge grinding. Multiple coaxial grinders automatically switch grinders, eliminating the need for manual change.Glass edge grinding processable thickness range: 2-19mm.
Servo Motors
1. The machine is equipped with four servo motors, from brands such as Taiwan's Delta and Japan's Yaskawa.
2. Specific brands can be selected based on customer preferences.
3. 2kW*1.5kW*1.5kW*1kW, offering higher power than competing products.
