Insulating Glass Production Line
Ⅰ、Introduction
Insulating glass is made up of two or more pieces of glass bonded together with high-strength, high-air-tightness composite adhesives, and attached to an aluminum alloy spacer frame containing a desiccant. The internal cavity is filled with dry air or inert gases such as argon. It is a highly efficient sound and heat insulating glass.
Core functions: heat insulation and preservation, sound insulation and noise reduction, prevention of condensation, and enhancement of safety.

Ⅲ、 Production Process(full automatic)
1. loading: Workers or robotic hands place the cut and polished glass in the feeding section.
2. Cleaning and Drying: The glass automatically enters the cleaning machine, undergoes scrubbing, rinsing, and drying, becoming clean.
3. Frame Preparation: the automatic bending machine creates the frame according to the input dimensions and fills it with sub-screens.
4. Applying Silicone: The fabricated frame is automatically coated with hot-melt silicone by the equipment.
5. Joining the Sheets: The clean first sheet of glass reaches the joining station, the second clean sheet of glass is then covered over.
6. Plate Pressing: The assembled unit enters the plate press machine and is uniformly compressed.
7. sealing: After the compression, the compressed insulating glass moves to the gluing station, and the robot automatically applies two layers of sealant.
8. Filling with Inert Gas (Optional): Before applying the two layers of sealant and after joining the sheets, inert gas filling is carried out.
9. unloading and Curing: The completed insulating glass is removed from the production line, placed in the curing area to stand still, and after the sealant is fully cured, it can be packaged and shipped out.

Ⅴ、 Current technological development trends
1. Intelligence and Internet of Things: can monitor real-time production data, equipment status,, achieving digital management.
2. Flexible production: One production line can quickly switch to different sizes and different configurations (double glass, triple glass) of orders, adapting to the market demand for small batches and multiple varieties.
3. Energy conservation and environmental protection: The equipment itself is more energy-efficient (such as variable frequency motors), and better supports the production of high-performance energy-saving glass (such as warm-edge sealing, high-concentration inflation).
4. High precision and stability: Through better mechanical design and control algorithms, the lamination accuracy, gluing quality, and production rhythm are further improved.
