Glass Cutting Machine Line：

Glasino CNC automatic glass cutting line/CNC glass cutting machine CNC #Glasscuttingtable is composed of auto glass loading machine, CNC glass cutting machine and air float glass breaking table, which can realize glass automatic loading, transmission, positioning, optimization, cutting and breaking function. The three machines are controlled by one central controller, and compose an automatic glass cutting line in high efficiency and precision.

1. Automatically distinguish the coating side of coated glass and low-E glass.
2. PLC control system with touch screen operation.
3. Outside assembly lines can produce standard double layer IG and three layers IG
4.Designed for curtain wall glass, double layer IG and three layer IG glass.
5. Production line-1 is spacer attaching in assemble section;
Production line-2 is spacer attaching in apart assembly section .
6. Production lines are available foe both of inside and outside panel press, which can produce steeped IG standard double layer IG and three layers IG.
7. Output 800 IG units-single 5 hours.
8. Panel press opening easy for maintenance.
