1.5 Automatic lubrication system, mist spray for cooling down tool temperature.
1.6 It can process aluminum profile, aluminium wood composite profile etc light metal processing.
1.7 One clamping can finish aluminum profile multiaspect drilling, tapping, chamfering, edge milling, slot milling and heteromorphic holes processing.
1.8 Adopt high precision imported ball screw,square guides,rack and pinion, ensure machine precision and stability.
1.9 Japan Yaskawa servo motors&drivers, Italy HSD ATC spindle, make sure machine high accuracy.
1.10 The tool magazine capacity is two group of 16 pcs, one is disc automatic tool change 8 pcs, another is linear automatic tool change 8 pcs.
1.11 Machine head fully enclosed structure to ensure the safety of operator.
