Feature：
Glasino LBG2535 Vertical Insulating glass production line with gas filling function adopts reasonable gas charging method and double gas charging plate press mechanism, the gas charging speed is fast with high utilization rate of argon which guarantee average content of argon in each hollow glass is more than 90%. The corresponding gas charging formula is automatically selected according to glass size.
Electic control system：
●The equipment is controlled by German Siemens PLC and digital input control system.The equipment runs stably and the equipment design is more user-friendly;it has a high degree of automation and easy operation.
●It adopts a human-machine interface touch screen,automatic manual and convenient conversion,and has a single-stage operation function,which can accurately display the operation and fault conditions of the equipment,and is convenient for maintenance.
●The aviation plug connection method has strong anti-interference,which is convenient for the installation and maintenance of the equipment.
